To qualify for a return, your item has to be in an unused and similar condition as you got it. The original packaging must still be included.
Certain kinds of goods are not returnable. Produce products like foodstuff, flowers, newspapers or journals are also not returnable. We also do not accept goods of intimate or sanitary nature, hazardous materials as well as flame-producing liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
For you to return your order, we will need a receipt or any other proof of purchase from you.
Do not ship your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds are allowed in certain situations only:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CDs DVDs VHS tapes software video games cassette tape and vinyl records opened.
- Anything which was not in its original form, damaged or lacked parts due to no fault on our part.
- Any item that is returned after 30 days from the date it was delivered.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and examine your return, we will let you know via email that we have received the item you sent back to us. Additionally, we will notify you whether your refund has been accepted or denied.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be added to your credit card or any other means of payment originally used of days.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund is not yet there, look at bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for them to actually post it online.
Next contact your bank.Sometimes it takes a while before a refund can appear as a posted transaction.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
In cases of defects or damages we only change products. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {newbomma.com@gmail.com} and send your item to: {newbomma.com@gmail.com}.
Gifts
If you’ve purchased a gift and had it sent directly to you, we will give you a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received back, we will send a gift certificate by post.
However, if it was not marked as one at purchase or the gift giver made an order and sent them to them instead so they deliver themselves later on, the refund is sent to them thus they become aware of your refund.
Shipping returns
In order to return your product, you must send your product by post to: {physical address}.
You will bear the costs associated with shipping back your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To get a refund, your refund will be less the cost of returning it back.
As per region where you reside, it varies on how long it takes for exchanges to reach them again.
Whenever you are returning more expensive items, it would be advisable tо cоnsider mailing viа trackable postаge services or buying cover on transport collaterals. We do not guаrantee thаt we will receive yоur returned item back.
